Part two:
A bonus sleep focused mindfulness course:

Learn the power of sleep focused mindfulness and acceptance
This second part of the course will help you to learn to find stillness and the deep rest you've been longing for.Â
This section includes a range of helpful and progressive meditations that will teach you to deal with those distracting and sometimes distressing thoughts that so easily plague us at night.
Whilst this course works for those of any faith and none, there are bonus optional meditations, with prayers based on the Psalms. These are deeply appreciated by many.
